Welcome to Piingless, a SaaS product developed and operated by Funnel Pandit, based in India.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Piingless website, platform, features, subscriptions, integrations, AI-assisted tools, and related services (“Services”).
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Piingless, you agree to these Terms. If you use Piingless on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Use of Piingless
Piingless provides tools for managing business and agency operations, including clients, projects, tasks, requirements, teams, client portals, communication, approvals, packages, payments, CRM functionality, AI-assisted workflows, and integrations.
Available features may vary depending on your subscription plan.
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity performed through your account and authorized users.
2. Subscriptions and Plans
Piingless may offer monthly, annual, trial, promotional, or custom subscription plans.
Plans may differ based on:
Users
Projects and client portals
Storage
CRM contacts and functionality
Workflows and integrations
Reporting
Support
Other usage limits
Current pricing, features, and limits are those displayed at the time of purchase or renewal.
We may update our plans, pricing, or features from time to time. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled according to applicable terms and laws.
3. Trials and Promotional Offers
Promotional offers may have specific eligibility, duration, feature, or usage restrictions.
Where locked or founding-member pricing is offered, it may remain valid only while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active. Cancellation may result in loss of promotional pricing, and reactivation may be charged at the then-current price.
Specific offer terms presented at signup or purchase will apply.
4. Billing and Payments
Subscriptions are billed according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
By purchasing a paid service, you authorize Piingless and its payment providers to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, add-ons, and authorized usage-based charges.
Where recurring billing applies, subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
You are responsible for maintaining valid and accurate billing information.
5. Usage-Based Services and Add-Ons
Some Piingless features may rely on third-party or consumption-based services, including:
SMS and phone services
WhatsApp messaging
Email delivery
AI usage
Premium workflow actions
Domains
Additional CRM resources
Other third-party services
Unless specifically included in your plan, these may incur additional charges.
Optional services such as additional users, storage, CRM setup, workflow setup, migrations, onboarding, custom integrations, or other professional services may also be charged separately.
6. Fair Usage
Features described as “unlimited” remain subject to reasonable and legitimate business use.
You may not use unlimited features in a way that:
Circumvents plan limits
Creates excessive infrastructure usage
Enables unauthorized resale
Uses abusive automation
Negatively affects the platform or other users
We may apply reasonable limits, recommend an upgrade, or restrict abusive usage where necessary.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use Piingless only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Violate applicable laws
Commit fraud or abuse
Send unlawful spam or unsolicited communications
Upload malicious software
Attempt unauthorized system access
Circumvent security or subscription restrictions
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Upload data you are not authorized to use
Scrape or reverse engineer the platform unlawfully
Resell or sublicense Piingless without authorization
Use the platform in a way that harms its security, performance, or other users
Violation of these requirements may result in restriction, suspension, or termination.
8. Customer Data
You retain your rights in the business data and content you upload to Piingless.
You grant Piingless the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, transmit, and display your data as required to provide and maintain the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process data belonging to clients, employees, team members, or other individuals.

9. AI-Assisted Features
Piingless may provide AI-assisted features for generating or improving task descriptions, scopes of work, project information, and other workflow content.
AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it.
Piingless does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated output for any specific purpose.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Piingless may integrate with third-party platforms and infrastructure.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.
We cannot guarantee the continued availability, performance, pricing, APIs, or compatibility of third-party services. Changes or outages affecting a third-party provider may affect related Piingless functionality.
11. Intellectual Property
The Piingless platform, software, design, branding, logos, documentation, interface, and proprietary technology are owned by Funnel Pandit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Piingless according to these Terms.
No ownership rights in Piingless are transferred to users.
12. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access to Piingless but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update or improve the platform and its features as the product evolves.
13. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription through available account options or by contacting support where applicable.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
Payments already charged are generally non-refundable except where:
Required by applicable law
A specific offer states otherwise
Piingless agrees otherwise in writing
Consumed third-party services, usage charges, completed professional services, custom work, and similar charges are generally non-refundable once incurred.
Any separate Refund and Cancellation Policy published by Piingless will also apply.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to:
Non-payment
Material violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or unlawful activity
Security threats
Abuse of the platform
Serious misuse of third-party services
Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination, except where immediate action is necessary to protect users, systems, or legal interests.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, except where mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise.
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so both parties can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
Unresolved disputes will be handled according to applicable law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, pricing, business practices, or legal requirements.
The updated version will show a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
